After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to your high-resolution PDF file. This typically happens within minutes of your order confirmation.
Self-Printing
If the map size allows, you can print it yourself on your home printer. However, we recommend contacting a professional printing service to get the best image quality.
Email Delivery
All files are sent to the email address you provided. Please make sure you have entered the correct email address when placing your order.

Order Changes
Editing Your Order: After placing your order, if you notice any errors in your poster or want to change its size, simply write to us — we will make the corrections free of charge.
Order Cancellation: After completing your order, cancellation is not possible as each product is created individually according to your personal preferences. Please note that before confirming your order, you have the opportunity to customize parameters and view the layout in preview mode.
Production & Shipping
Each poster is printed individually based on your order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location and usually takes 3–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Packaging
Posters are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Depending on the size, they are shipped either in protective tubes or flat packaging.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please contact us at [email protected]. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Changes
Editing Your Order: If you need to make changes after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only guarantee changes if the poster has not yet been sent to print.
Order Cancellation: Once the printing process has started, cancellation is no longer possible, as each poster is made specifically for you.
