Refund and cancellation

About our product

Each poster is made individually: based on the date you choose, we create a unique star map with your custom title. Such a file cannot be transferred to another customer, so refund terms depend on whether the file has already been delivered to you.

Before receiving the file

You may cancel your order at any time before the PDF file is sent to your email.

To cancel an order:
1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Order cancellation”.
2. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
3. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours.
Funds will be refunded in full to the card or account used for payment within 10 business days.

After receiving the file

Digital goods with individually defined properties generally cannot be returned once delivered, because they are intended solely for the purchasing customer.

After the finished PDF has been sent to your email, refunds are not available.

If the file is defective

If the file is corrupted, will not open, or does not match your parameters (date, title), we will fix the issue free of charge.

To contact us:
1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the file.
2. Include your order number and describe the problem (attach a screenshot if needed).
3. We will review your request within 24 hours and offer either a corrected file or a full refund.
If a refund is issued, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.
